After finishing an art foundation in Stroud, I went on to do a degree in three-dimensional design in Leicester.

I have lived in Bristol for over 10 years and consider it my home.

Interests in urban photography have influenced the direction of my current work and I believe that colour and design can convey both meaning and inspiration through the subject matter of familiar objects.

Inspired by the simplicity and shape of everyday objects and places, I like to use three colours to accentuate lines and stimulate the viewer. The use of satin paint adds to the unambiguous image, creating a painting that can be enjoyed in any living or working environment.

Enjoying the simple things, with a visual mind, I am constantly intrigued.
